One of the best things I did to get out of depression was to find a good psychologist. Whenever I start to slip back into depression, I run right back to my therapist, and together we make a plan for getting back out.

What are you doing to get out of depression?

For you to get away from depression, you need to have a positive environment. Do not think always of your problems. Just think of the happy moments that you have been. Don't stay in a place which you are alone. Try also to be positive thinker.
