Are you an emotional eater, a social eater, a bored eater, etc.? When do you catch yourself eating when you shouldn't be?

I have a couple problems that compound each other. My time management skills are lacking, and I procrastinate, and I am lazy about doing things I don't feel like doing. So I put off getting the healthy, fresh groceries (like salads and fresh fruit, even bread and leaner, protein rich meats), then I stay up late, and I eat non-perishable snacks and meals like hot dogs and snack bars. And then it gives me heartburn and then I eat even more to make that go away. Speaking of... I should be in bed. Fortunately this "biggest loser" thing has (thus far) encouraged me to replace those late night snacks with multiple glasses of water!
