Prices
$40.00 per page layout for original design $5.00 minimum fee to customize a pre-designed document, includes up to 20 customized pages based on 1 pre-designed layout (each additional page layout requires an additional $5.00 minimum fee) $0.25 for each additional customized page based on the original design or the pre-designed layout

Terms
Terms and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The designer may choose to refuse to do any project for any reason.
Estimate and Contract Agreement
Once you fill out and submit the form to Order a Custom Printable, your request will be reviewed, and the designer will contact you to discuss any additional details. If the designer approves the project, you will receive an estimate.
When both parties agree to the design contract, the designer will draft a first review draft of the original design covered by a watermark and email the draft in PDF format to you. If you ordered multiple pages based on an original design, you will only receive the first page for review, and additional pages will not be customized until you have approved the review draft.
Security Deposit
If you approve the first review draft and wish to continue with the project, a security deposit will be required before the designer creates and delivers additional drafts:

If you cancel your order after submitting your security deposit, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.
If you proceed with the project to completion, your security deposit will be applied to your final total fee.
Revisions
If you require changes to any of the review drafts, a description of those changes must be emailed to the designer promptly. Delays in requesting changes will cause delays in the completion of your document.
When the designer receives the revision request, he/she will prepare another review draft and email it to you for approval or further updates.
You may request revisions to review drafts up to three (3) times without additional charges, and every additional update will incur an update fee of $5.00, increasing the total price of the project.
When you approve the draft, please notify the designer promptly of your approval to reduce delaying the completion of your project.
Receiving the Final Draft
Once you have notified the designer that you approve the draft and are ready to receive your final draft, the designer will send you an itemized invoice and explain payment and delivery methods. (Payment and delivery methods may vary.)
To receive your final draft, ready for printing, you must pay the total amount due via the agreed upon payment method.
When we have received your payment, we will deliver the final draft of your document. The final draft will not contain the review draft watermark.
Printing and Shipping Physical Custom Document Products
We do not offer printing or shipping of physical custom document products, but we can recommend printing businesses and shipping businesses to you. (Tip: It is often most cost effective to submit the final draft of your document (in PDF format) to a local printer, which reduces or eliminates shipping fees.)
Refunds
Since document design and customization is a service that requires hours of work, once the final document is delivered to you, refunds will not be issued for any reason except for those listed in these terms.
If you do not receive the final draft because of technical problems, we will make every reasonable effort to redeliver the document and may use alternative delivery methods.
While we make every effort to have a project completed by the deadline, problems sometimes arise (such as power outages, Internet interruptions, personal emergencies, shipping delays, etc.). In the unlikely event that you do not receive the electronic copy of your final draft within 30 days after we have received your total payment, unless you have agreed to receive the final draft at a later date, you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If we send your final draft after an agreed upon deadline, we may decide, by our discretion, to issue a partial refund; however, no such refund is guaranteed, and we will not issue refunds for delays if the delay was caused by the customer's delay (e.g. not promptly approving drafts, not promptly paying security deposits or fees, not promptly responding to inquiries emailed by us, etc.).
Copyright and Redistribution
Kristen Brooke Beck retains the copyright of all designs and license you the right to use the design for personal or internal office use, but you may not redistribute any designs for free or for sale without prior written consent of Kristen Brooke Beck.
