Projects

Updated on April 08, 2007

We all have some sort of project going on in our home at any one time. This is the section where you can keep important information about such projects. These, of course, are moderately sized projects that don't require tons of paperwork and record keeping.

Here are some project ideas that you can keep track of in this section:

  • Picnics
  • Parties
  • Vacation / Traveling
  • Camping
  • School / Work / Church Events
  • Expecting a Baby
  • Expecting Guests for a Long Stay
  • Redecorating a room
  • Small hobby projects
  • Getting Healthy

Projects to Keep Separate

If you're working on a larger projects, such as buying a new home or planning a wedding, it's probably best to create an entire binder or accordion folder dedicated to that individual project. This way you will actually have room in your household organizer for other things since such projects require tons of paperwork, and you'll be able to take your project binder or folder with you to appointments with your real estate agent, wedding coordinator, etc. without having to drag around your entire household organizer. Plus, you can always store the accordion folder or binder easily in your filing cabinet.
