I've spent my entire life thinking about happiness, mostly because I was so unhappy most of the time. I studied religions, philosophies, and psychology. I spent uncountable hours watching and talking to happy and unhappy people. I informally interviewed children, the elderly, and everyone between, asking them what made them happy or why they weren't happy. I bought self-help programs, went to therapy, and participated in support groups. I analyzed my own life, happiness levels, relationships, anger issues, depression, anxiety problems, etc. And I did it all to figure out what was the secret to being a happy person.

I'm happy to admit that I'm very happy now.

Here are a few of the things I've discovered along the way. I hope they help you find a bit more happiness in your own life.
